Every leader faces challenges when they get STUCK ON SOMETHING (SOS). They will benefit from Vance’s experience as he helps them think through the issue while focusing on solutions. Because he has career experience assisting leaders as they navigate and find answers to nearly every type of business problem, he is a valuable thought partner in these situations.
For a flat fee, Vance will spend 90 minutes on the phone or a Zoom call with you after reviewing the issue. He will work with you to develop solutions. This service includes five days of follow-up emails. The process is clear-cut and straightforward but is highly effective for working through specific issues that need to be addressed.
