Executive and Leadership Coaching
Services
The core of Crocker Leadership Coaching is the mission of Executive and Leadership Coaching. Significant gaps exist between the leader’s capacity to lead, and the leadership needed for the organization to succeed in today’s business environment. Leadership coaching closes that gap.
Coaching helps the executive change behavior, leverage key strengths, and put guardrails around blind spots or potential derailers. Moreover, coaching improves personal and professional fulfillment and empowerment, further driving positive organizational changes.
Coaching is a thought-provoking and creative process using metrics, various tools, and techniques that are effective in achieving key goals and tailored for the leader and the organization. It’s a highly effective process where a certified executive coach becomes a catalyst and thought partner for a leader. Coaching also provides the advantage of approaching challenges objectively, allowing the leader to see things differently.
Coaching is uniquely designed for the specific leader and organization and typically follows the process below.

1. Identify the Coaching Process and Client Needs
The coach works with the organization and the leader to identify the responsibilities and expectations of both parties. During this phase, the specific needs of the organization and leader are identified.
2. Leadership Assessments, Coaching Plan and Deliverables
Conduct industry leading assessments to get baseline strengths, leadership styles and areas of focus for the leader. These assessments provide a basis to identify goals and to formulate the coaching plan. During this phase, we work together to develop the coaching plan including deliverables, action steps, and metrics for measuring success.

3. Growth and Leadership Development
This is the heart of executive coaching. The coach works collaboratively as a thought partner combining coaching techniques and his executive experiences to bring out the desired outcomes that align with the coaching plan. Outcomes are designed to improve business performance through changed behavior and improved leader effectiveness. Areas of focus are typically navigating change, business growth, stakeholder engagement & trust improved, or helping leaders transition to expanded leadership roles.
This phase brings about a greater self-awareness, increased self-confidence, empowerment, and solutions to overcome challenges. We highlight and celebrate client accomplishments which drives a virtuous cycle of even greater success. During this phase, the client is expected to take action after each coaching session. These actions increase accountability and are proven to drive results.
4. Maintenance and Payoff
Coach provides ongoing client support to ensure all new behaviors and changes are firmly established. This phase typically begins 6-8 months into the coaching process and can last for up to a year, depending on client needs.
